The latest in Saint Arnold's Divine Reserve series, No. 6, was released for sale this week. The official release date is Thursday but bottles of this limited-edition beer should be appearing at selected retail locations throughout the state all week long.
Divine Reserve No. 6 is a hoppy American barleywine that measures 10% ABV. A total of only 1172 cases were produced, and previous releases have sold out state-wide within days.

Dammit Paul, shut up! Don't go tipping off the whole world until I've had a chance to buy mine! ;-)
Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to every-specs-within-a-20-mile-radius-from-my-house we go!
I know when I bought a couple six packs yesterday at the downtown Austin Whole Foods they had to open their last case. And from what I have been reading other places are drying up just as fast.
I had Grape Vine Market in Austin reserve two six-packs for me. I asked them how much they'd gotten in, and they said 10 cases, but all of it was reserved.
Hey everybody: Last year, I set aside a sixer of DR No. 5 to age, and I opened one tonight. The results were great. I recommend you set aside some of your No. 6 now and let it mellow out for a year or more and see how it turns out.
