PFLUGERVILLE - Rogness Brewing Company officially opened this weekend with a release party of their first two beers at Austin's Black Star Co-op.
Owners Forrest and Diane Rogness purchased Austin Homebrew Supply in 1999, and decided to move into commercial brewing from there. With head brewer David Ebel, Rogness plans to eventually release beers in 16-oz cans and 22-oz bottles.

Hi, just now saw this. Thanks for the mention but I have one correction. There is no head brewer over there. There are 3 brewers: Dan Wheeler, Dave Ebel and Dave Heath.
Thanks for the mention! Yep as Jon stated we have no head brewer. We have a great team of guys over here and definitely excited to see our beers on tap. We are all still homebrewers as well. Enjoy the beers and let us know what you think!
