Seriously? Craft beer is finally making a move in Texas and you want to brew a smoked beer with chipolte peppers??? I wish you guys would brew some real beers instead of these novelty beers. I don't drink a lot of beer but lately I've become a fan of Shiner. I love grapefruit so of course I had to try this. not a lot of Grapefruit taste there and I just now noticed people saying it has ginger in it. Didn't notice that either. Ruby Redbird is one of the best and finest summer ales I have ever had. Went down to Shiner, TX a few days ago, met with the creator of Ruby Redbird, had some good conversation and great ice cold Shiner at Maeker's Tavern (only $2 a bottle)

So is this "commercial suicide" irony??? In my experience, a low hop 3.5% abv beer is difficult to keep clean; not enough hops nor alcohol to keep it shelf-stable without delicate care.

Awesome. We desperately can use more breweries in this area. For such a large population we are definitely underserved in craft breweries. Love Rahr & Sons and Franconia. we also live in Colorado and that's microbrew heaven!

had the Stopher Burger which was excellent. Their beer was pretty bad.. They were out of the pale ale and a few others so I had to settle for the Pilsner, which was bitter & the Bock which tasted liked dirty dish water..
